End Tenancy Complete Checkout Inspection with the Tenant. Read meters and notify Energy suppliers together with Council Tax and Water Authority. Negotiate between Landlord and Tenant any issues that affect the Deposit return including arranging for any quotes necessary. Arrange and supervise any works required in relation to the deposit only. Unprotect the deposit and return it to the Tenant and Landlord whichever is agreed.
